England win Ashes 2013
England won the fourth test and clinched the Ashes outright for a third straight series after beating Australia by 74 runs in the fourth Test on Monday at Chester-le-Street.
Alastair Cook’s side now take a 3-0 lead in the five-match series with the final Test left at the Oval starting on Aug 21.
Australia were in great condition at 109/0 chasing 299 to win the fourth test but the paceman Stuart Broad ripped into the Aussies with his 6/50. He was named man of the match by completing a second 10-wicket haul in tests.
