Arsenal have reportedly reignited their interest in signing Benfica defender Ruben Dias as a replacement for Laurent Koscielny, according to The Daily Mail.
The Gunners are prepared to replace Laurent Koscielny after the Frenchman made it clear that he wants to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer.
The report states that the north London outfit have been looking at Dias since the beginning of the current transfer window but the Europa League runners-up could step up their interest in the Portuguese centre-back.
It is understood that a deal could be too expensive for the defender but Unai Emery’s side are now prepared to dive into negotiations with Benfica.
Arsenal have only signed Gabriel Martinelli from Brazilian outfit Ituano in the summer transfer window so far.
