Leeds United have reportedly placed emphasis on signing Valerenga Fotball goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson during this summer’s transfer window.
The Whites are expected to enter the market to sign a new stopper ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
According to Nettavisen, Klaesson’s impressive performances have caught the attention of the Yorkshire giants, who have been monitoring the youngster’s progress ‘over a long period of time’.
The report adds that the Premier League outfit are preparing to submit a ‘concrete offer’ in the coming weeks, with the Norwegian viewed as the ideal player at Elland Road.
Klaesson has made 55 appearances for his current side in all competitions.
