Stoke manager Mark Hughes has revealed, they are in talks with a move for United States striker Juan Agudelo.
The 20-year-old is currently playing in MLS (Major League Soccer) for the New England Revolution and Hughes is looking to bring him to the Britannia Stadium.
“We’re hopeful of progressing that. It seems there’s a willingness from both sides,” Hughes told to BBC Radio Stoke.
“We’re still in discussion, but if we can do that he’s a good young player and we feel he’s got good potential.”
If this deal could be made then, Agudelo would be the third signing of Hughes, since taking over from Tony Pulis, following defenders Erik Pieters and Marc Muniesa.
